The nomination letter said: “Don’t change the subject when Donna Windle talks about voters. Her passion for the League of Women Voters’ mandate for voter education and registration, especially among returning citizens, helps ensure fair elections in 2020. A board director and membership chair, Donna embodies our commitment: Empowering voters. Defending democracy.”
